Alison Ivey

Biography

Alison is Associate Counsel at Vulcan Inc., where she advises Vulcan's art collections group on a wide variety of contractual and compliance matters relating to art transactions. Before joining Vulcan Inc. in 2002, Alison was an associate at the Seattle law firm of Stokes Lawrence, P.S. where she practiced in the areas of entity formation, general business transactional law, and intellectual property law.
