Biography

Professor Cunningham has a varied practice as a Partner in Preston Gates & Ellis LLP’s Seattle office. In practice since 1993, he has been involved in a substantial number of domestic and international mergers and acquisitions for the firm's public and private clients. In addition, Professor Cunningham’s experience includes representation of start-up entities, general business law, antitrust, corporate law and securities law, including private and public offerings of equity and debt securities for U.S. and Canadian issuers.

Professor Cunningham is admitted to the bar in Washington State (1993), Colorado (1997), and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington (1993).
