Stephanie Bell

Biography

Stephanie Bell is a facilitator, mediator, and trainer in private practice and the Assistant Program Manager for the King County Alternative Dispute Resolution Program and the Interlocal Conflict Resolution Group. Prior to this position, as the Alternative Dispute Resolution Coordinator for the City of Seattle, Stephanie designed and implemented an employment mediation Program for the City workforce. She has also served as the Program Manager for the King County Dispute Resolution Center, a private non-profit, and as a research attorney for the Federal Public Defender.

Stephanie has presented on workplace dispute resolution and mediation skills to various organizations including the King County and Washington State Bars, the Northwest Alternative Dispute Resolution Conference, and the Association of Conflict Resolution’s International Conference. Stephanie is also a faculty member at the University of Washington, Executive Master in Public Affairs Program, teaching “Negotiations and Conflict Resolution.”
