
Joseph Henke
Visiting Professor
Biography
Professor Henke practiced law in Seattle from 1964-1967, and joined the faculty of the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1971, serving as Acting Dean from 1980-1982. He has been a visiting faculty member at the University of California-Hastings, the East China Institute of Politics and Law, and the Cambodian Center for Legal Education. He was also a Fellow in Law and Humanities at Harvard University. He regularly teaches and writes in the areas of Community Property and Trusts and Estates.
