Estimated Cost for Madrid Program
The figures illustrated below reflect the estimated 2013 program expenses. A program deposit of $250 is due with your application by March 2, 2013. The deposit will be deducted from your total charges.
Tuition due Monday, July 15, 2013. This deadline does not apply to students on financial aid. If using financial aid, please contact Paula Nagel, the Seattle University student financial services rep at (206) 398-4288, or firstname.lastname@example.org. Non-SU students, please contact your financial services office to begin the consortium agreement process.
2013 Estimated Program Expenses ( 2 weeks)

|$200.00||Includes all field trips, program meals, transportation, course materials, airport transfers, and orientation.|
|$500.00 without meals||2 weeks in the dorm; double room occupancy. The rates stated do not include VAT. Dorm housing is arranged through UCIIIM and is optional.|

|Study Abroad Insurance Plan|
|$40.65||This is a monthly rate. After the program, students can extend coverage. The rate is $40.65/month. Spouse costs $114.30/month; and $50.05/child per month.|
|TOTAL||$ 5,065.65 (tuition and program fees, dorm housing with meals, and airfare).
Budget additional funds, about $500, for amenities such as laundry, local transportation, entertainment, etc.
