Housing in Madrid
Housing options are available during the two-week program.
The Fernando de los Rios residence hall is the primary housing option for students who choose to stay in the dorm. This is the closest and most convenient housing location to the College of Law. See map. Room rates are found on this link. Rooms have been set aside for program students from July 20 to August 3.
Two types of accommodation available to program students:
1. 487.25 Euros per person (10% tax included). Price for a double room on a full room and board (meals) for 14 days (sharing the room with another person).
2. 308.00 Euros per person (10% tax included). Price for a double room on a room only basis for a stay of 14 days (sharing the room with another person).
*It is important to note that the group staying in the dorm will need to agree if they wish to stay on a full-board or a room- only basis as the whole party needs to stay on the same regime for a group reservation.
A transfer of 30% of the total amount of the bill is required to confirm the reservation. The rest of the amount is due one week before arrival.
Students interested in another type of room, such as an individually occupied double room or single room, will need to consult with the dorm coordinator for availability.
Dorm housing is arranged through UCIIIM and is optional. Here is the contact information to reserve your room:
