Class of 2011
Jocelyn Beyer-Harris says her experience in the Seattle University School of Law part-time program was incredibly rewarding.
"Going to law school and working full time is especially challenging, but the part-time program allowed me to continue growing in my career while at the same time gaining an incredible legal education," said Beyer-Harris, who has worked at K&L Gates and is studying for the Bar Exam. And the program itself is only a half year longer than the traditional law program."
She appreciated the small classes and the diverse student body in the part-time program. "The small class size meant our incoming class was able to bond quickly-and that support group has been integral in my success and happiness in law school," said Beyer-Harris, who went through the program with her husband, Derek. "And because many are working professionals, the part-time students bring so much knowledge, experience and understanding to the classroom."
