Hands-on Learning

Our Ronald A. Peterson Law Clinic is ranked in the top 20, offering students a chance to represent real clients in real cases, and our Externship Program offers more than 400 placements in the state, country, and around the world.

Rolling Admission Program

We have a rolling admission program with a March 1 priority deadline; an early enrollment option through which all admitted students may begin legal studies in the summer, rather than waiting until fall; and a flexible schedule through which students can complete their first year in 9, 12, or 15 months.

Sullivan Hall

The School of Law's home, Sullivan Hall, is located on the campus of Seattle University, a private institution founded in 1891 and one of the nation's 28 Jesuit colleges. We are a 15-minute walk from downtown Seattle, the region's largest city and the Northwest's center of business and legal practice. The Law School Annex, home to the clinic and externship program, is a half-block away.

Degree Programs

Financial Assistance

The School of Law administers a comprehensive financial assistance program through which $37 million in scholarships, loans, and work-study funds are awarded annually to nearly 90 percent of our students.
