Second Annual Seattle University School of Law Solo, Small, and Mid-Sized Firm Information, Networking, and Career Fair: On March Thursday, March 6, 2008, the Center for Professional Development will be hosting a career fair geared toward a job search with smaller firms. Last year, students secured jobs, found mentors, learned about specific fields of law, and connected with members of the bar in a relaxed setting. During the fair, employers will meet with students to discuss their practices and how to effectively develop opportunities within the profession. The fair provides a unique opportunity to connect with members of the bar in a casual setting and developing relationships with attorneys practicing in a diverse variety of specialties. Students can sign up to participate by e-mailing lawcareers@seattleu.edu or signing up in CPD.
