Dolf Berle, Chair

ClubCorp USA, Inc.
Dolf serves as executive vice president of Hospitality and as division head for Business and Sports Clubs - responsible for all aspects of the division with the specific mission of reinvention for the contemporary marketplace. He is also responsible for all food, beverage, and hospitality services on a company-wide basis.Prior to joining the company in 2009, Dolf served as president for Lucky Strike Entertainment, LLC. His past experience includes service as COO of House of Blues Entertainment, Inc.; COO for Diedrich Coffee; a number of operating roles in both domestic and international PepsiCo Restaurant companies; and as a consultant at Booz-Allen & Hamilton. This experience includes a number of business turnarounds and repositionings. Dolf is a world-class masters-age-group track-and-field decathlete and a singer/songwriter of children's music. He holds an AB in History and Literature from Harvard College, an MA in African History from the University of Zimbabwe, and an MBA from Harvard University.

The Honorable William B. Chandler, III

The Honorable William B. Chandler III was appointed Chancellor of the Delaware Court of Chancery in 1997, where he had served as Vice Chancellor since 1989. He also served as Resident Judge of the Delaware Superior Court from 1985 to 1989. He received his law degrees from the University of South Carolina School of Law and the Yale Law School and his undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware.
Before his appointment to the Court, Chancellor Chandler was an associate with Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell and he served as Legal Counsel to former Governor Pete duPont. The Chancellor taught commercial law, legislative process, and remedies for two years at the University of Alabama School of Law. He is presently a member of the American Law Institute and the Delaware Bar Association.
