Douglas Nash testifies before Senate Indian Affairs Committee
On August 4, 2011, Douglas Nash, Director of the Center for Indian Law & Policy testified before the Senate Indian Affairs Committee Oversight Hearing on "The American Indian Probate Reform Act: Empowering Indian Land Owners". Mr. Nash's oral testimony focused on AIPRA and the continuing need for estate planning services in Indian Country.
