Civility Mural Installation
The Civility Promise, a collaboration between Seattle University School of Law
and Robert's Fund, offers a series of seminars designed to foster civility.
Participants in the April 2012 Civility Promise Seminar in Tuscany, including
Judge Yu, created the mural as an exercise in developing consciousness,
creativity, and community - the foundations of civility.
Hanging the mural in Judge Yu's courtroom demonstrates in a lasting, public
way the importance of civility in the legal profession in the service of justice.
