The 12th Academy for IDEA Administrative Law Judges and Impartial Hearing Officers (ALJs and IHOs) will be held at the Seattle University School of Law on July 9-12, 2013.
Program Information
Day 1 of the program (Tuesday, July 9), while oriented to the needs of ALJs/IHOs new to special education, should be a useful refresher to all. Days 2-4 of the program (Wednesday, July 10, through Friday, July 12) will address a broader array of more advanced topics. Following is the final agenda for the progam.

Registration
Attendance of this program is available to any person currently designated as a special education hearing officer by their state (ALJ or contract hearing officer) and to state-level due process hearing system coordinators. A paper registration form is available for downloading here.

Hotel Information
We have arranged for a block of rooms for the entire week (July 8-12) at the Silver Cloud Broadway hotel, which is immediately adjacent to the campus, at the special rate of $179.00++. We have been advised by the hotel that there is an athletic event in town that week and they expect to be fully booked.
