The 11th Academy for IDEA Administrative Law Judges and Impartial Hearing Officers (ALJs and IHOs) was held at the Seattle University School of Law on July 10-13, 2012.

Program Information

Day 1 of the program (Tuesday, July 10) consisted of optional sessions that may or may not be relevant to any particular special education hearing officer. These sessions were also open to persons who are not hearing officers. The morning program concerned Bullying and Children with Disabilities. The afternoon program addressed the unique aspects of Mediating Special Education Disputes.

Days 2-4 of the program (Wednesday, July 11, through Friday, July 13) offered general sessions only for special education hearing officers.
