Amy Freeman has extensive practice experience, in both the public and private sector, and in litigation and transactional settings. Throughout her career, she has devoted her time and effort to issues related to the elderly, including service on the Elder Law Sections of both the Washington and King County Bar Associations. As a staff attorney at Columbia Legal Services, she provided training, consultation, and educational materials on a variety of issues that are central to elder law practice, including long-term care, substitute decision-making, and public benefits. She also served as primary drafter of statewide guardianship task force reports on a statutorily required training program for guardians.
