Biography
Carol Bailey Medwell is the founder of Carol Bailey & Associates, PLLC, Integrative Family Law. Carol's practice is dedicated to improving the experience people have in family law matters, preserving family ties following divorce, and improving the quality of family law practice. Carol received a B.A. with Honors in Art History from the University of Texas and a J.D. from Southern Methodist University. Carol was a law clerk for two years for Judge John Singleton, United States District Court, Southern District of Texas. Carol has practiced family law in Texas and Washington State for more than thirty years. Carol is a trained mediator and Collaborative Law practitioner. Carol's most recent training in June 2009 was attending Advanced Negotiation Skills training at the Project on Negotiation at Harvard University School of Law.
Carol began teaching as an adjunct professor with the Seattle University School of Law in Fall 2009, teaching Communication and Conflict Management Skills for Attorneys.
