David Campbell has represented labor unions in major litigation and negotiations for over twenty years. As a trial and appellate litigator, he has handled precedent-setting cases under virtually all the federal and state labor statutes, including the RLA, the NLRA and PERC. His practice has also focused on teaching through original content seminars, legal conferences and at the UW Law School.
