Erica Krikorian

Biography

Erica Krikorian is licensed to practice in Washington and California and divides her practice between complex litigation, intellectual property and art law. Her clients include large corporations, cultural institutions, small businesses, partnerships, entrepreneurs, design firms and artists. Ms. Krikorian is an Adjunct Professor at Seattle University School of Law where she teaches the Art Law Clinic. She enjoys a track record of success in a wide range of areas including commercial contracts, corporate affairs, intellectual property, unfair trade practices and ethics. Ms. Krikorian's practice includes negotiating patent invention rights agreements and structuring royalty arrangements.

Ms. Krikorian has been an active member of the arts community for over 20 years and co-chairs the firm's Arts, Entertainment and Sports Law industry group. She was a legal intern at the J. Paul Getty Trust in Los Angeles and has served on the boards of many cultural institutions including MOCA Contemporaries, a support council of the Museum of Contemporary Art and the Sammamish Cultural Alliance. She currently services as an Arts Commissioner for the City of Sammamish.
