Evan Nordby

Biography

Evan Nordby is a Trial Attorney with the United States Department of Labor in Seattle, where he represents USDOL agencies in wage and hour, workplace safety, and ERISA matters before federal courts and administrative tribunals. Mr. Nordby has received two Secretary's Exceptional Achievement Awards for his work at the Department. In law school, Mr. Nordby was an Articles Editor on the Georgetown Law Journal, President of the Georgetown Gilbert and Sullivan Society, and represented victims of domestic violence pro bono through Georgetown's Domestic Violence Clinic. He is admitted to practice in Washington, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and federal district courts in Washington and Oregon.
