Heidi Orr

Biography

Heidi Orr's practice focuses on all aspects of estate planning, estate and gift taxation, and estate and trust administration with an emphasis on personal planning for high net worth families and individuals. Heidi's practice also focuses on charitable planned giving for families and individuals. Heidi regularly advises tax-exempt organizations with respect to formation, board structuring and education, federal and state compliance, and strategic planning.

Heidi has spoken extensively on probate, tax, and estate planning, including at the WSBA and National Business Institute. Heidi is active in the community, giving her time to the South King County Legal Clinic, the Northwest Women's Law Clinic, and the King County Nonprofit Legal Clinic. She has served on the Pacific Northwest Ballet Board of Directors and Board of Trustees, and is currently a Trustee on the Greater Washington Chapter Board of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Heidi was selected as a "Rising Star" in Washington Law & Politics Magazine, 2003-2005 and 2008-2009.
