Jeremy Eckert is an attorney at Foster Pepper PLLC, where he counsels public and private clients in all aspects of property acquisition, development, and disposition. Prior to joining Foster Pepper, from 2004-2008, Professor Eckert managed complex conservation real estate acquisitions at Forterra (formerly the Cascade Land Conservancy), which conserved over 3,000 acres of endangered species habitat along the I-90 Mountains to Sound Greenway.
Professor Eckert graduated magna cum laude from the University of Michigan with a degree in history, and he earned a law degree cum laude from Seattle University School of Law. He is listed as a “Rising Star” in Washington Super Lawyers and serves on the CityClub Board of Governors.
