Kevin Steinacker

Adjunct Professor


Kevin practices business and real property law at the Tacoma firm of Steinacker Law PLLC. His practice is centered around litigation of business contracts, boundary disputes, and similar issues. In the area of real estate, Kevin has represented clients at trial on claims of trespass, adverse possession, easements, restrictive covenants, and related issues. He also advises businesses on formation issues, contracts, and intellectual property rights.

From 2006 through 2011, Kevin was a partner at Dickson Steinacker PS and its predecessor (Dickson Steinacker LLP). Kevin has been practicing in Washington since 2004. He received his law degree and an undergraduate physics degree from Brigham Young University.
