Professor Fitzpatrick is a member of Talmadge/Fitzpatrick, where his practice focuses on professional responsibility, municipal law, land use, and litigation. A graduate of the University of Chicago Law School, he has worked in both the public and private sectors of the legal profession, serving in prominent private law firms and in leadership positions in local government. He has also been an important contributor to national developments in the area of professional responsibility, through his service on the Board of Governors of the American Bar Association, the ABA House of Delegates, and the ABA Standing Committee on Professional Discipline.
