Wayne Barnett is the Executive Director of the Seattle Ethics and Elections Commission, a post he has held since 2004. The Commission enforces Seattle's Campaign Finance Code, as well as its Ethics, Lobbying, and Whistleblower Protection Codes. He is a 1990 graduate of Georgetown University, and a 1996 cum laude graduate of New York University School of Law. Prior to joining the Seattle Ethics and Elections Commission, he was with the Massachusetts State Ethics Commission and in private practice at Foley Hoag LLP in Boston.
