Becca Rausch

Biography

Professor Rausch joined the faculty in 2011 after receiving her LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law (Boalt Hall). Prior to her full-time return to academia, she was a health care attorney in Boston, specializing in state and federal compliance, confidentiality systems, risk management, and licensing. She also taught as an Adjunct Professor at Northeastern University School of Law. Professor Rausch's scholarship concerns the nature of health care access for certain identity-based groups of individuals. Her articles have appeared in the Nebraska Law Review and the Berkeley Journal of Gender, Law & Justice.
