Shannan Frisbie is an associate in the Technology and Intellectual Property Department at K&L Gates. Shannan's practice includes drafting and negotiating technology and intellectual property-related agreements including development, acquisition, and licensing agreements. Shannan also advises a variety of clients on issues relating to the acquisition and use of technology, protection of intellectual property assets, and commercial exploitation of technology through online and offline channels. Shannan represents software, hardware, telecommunications, Internet and other technology-focused clients with both U.S. and international transactions. Shannan represents clients such as T-Mobile (formerly VoiceStream Wireless Corporation) and Microsoft Corporation.
