A solo practitioner with over 18 years experience, Ms. McCloud focuses her practice on appeals (civil and criminal), complex criminal defense, and post-conviction work, in federal and state court.
She serves as co-chair of the Amicus Committee of the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and as a regional coordinator of the Amicus Committee of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. A founding member of the Washington Appellate Lawyers Association, she is also on the Washington State Bar Association Amicus Committee and the Pattern Instructions Committee of the Washington Supreme Court.
