Seattle University School of Law’s Scholars for Justice Award is a three-year, full-tuition scholarship supporting students committed to:
We are pleased to offer the Scholars for Justice Award as a part of a continuing commitment to our mission of educating leaders for a just and humane world. Seattle University School of Law educates lawyers who distinguish themselves through their outstanding legal skills and their dedication to law in the service of justice.
This award supports two students in each class and the first awards were made to two students in the entering class of 2006. Provided to encourage the Scholars to concentrate on public interest commitments while in law school and to engage in a career in public interest law upon graduation, scholars will be asked to make a moral commitment to devote much of their careers to public interest law or to donate to the School of Law an amount at least equal to award funds received.

Scholars are expected to graduate with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
To be considered for the Scholars for Justice Award, applicants must complete an application for admission with the School of Law by February 1. Further, applicants must provide:
