Instructional Technology Online Service Request Forms

Welcome to the online service request page for Seattle University School of Law’s Instructional Technology Department. Please select the type of service you need from the list below, then fill out the associated form. When prompted for a login, use your generic SU network username and password. In the username field, please type seattleu\ before your username. (Access is limited to law school employees only, student groups can contact the IT department directly at medialaw@seattleu.edu.)

• Audio/Video Recording Request
  (Promotion/Contract Review, Guest Speakers, CLE, & Make-Up Classes only.)

• Small-Scale Duplication Service Request
  (Small volumes of Audio Cassettes, CD, DVDs, & VHS only.)

• Telephone Conference Request
  (Limitations may apply.)

• Video Conference Request
  (IP only.)

• Equipment Request
  (CLE assistance, microphone setups, reserve checkout camera.)
