"Tribute to Gordon Hirabayashi" is on display in the law library

(February 27, 2012) Ancestry is Not a Crime: A Tribute to Gordon Hirabayashi, is on display at the Seattle University Law Library.

Gordon HirabayashiThis exhibit includes photographs and documents that describe Gordon Hirabayashi's life and legal victory to vacate his wartime convictions for defying curfew and internment orders. Highlights include his journal and letters written while he was incarcerated.

The exhibit is located in the Law Library at Sullivan Hall, 12th and Columbia, and is open to the public from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 10 a.m.to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.  Special arrangements can be made to accommodate groups or individuals.
