	Red Mass 2011 October 6, 2011 The law school honored the contributions of the legal community and recognized State Supreme Court Justice Mary Fairhurst.
	Outreach in Alaska June 23, 2011 The School of Law hosted a CLE and reception in Anchorage in June as part of its growing Alaska Program. The law school aims to be the key player in legal education throughout Alaska, the only state without a law school.

	Red Mass 2010 honors those who work for justice October 4, 2010 More than 250 members of the judiciary and the legal community gathered to celebrate Red Mass and pay tribute to retired King County Superior Court Judge, the Honorable Charles V. Johnson.

	Latina/o Alumni Awards Reception March 11, 2010 The Office of Alumni Relations and the School of Law were proud to recognize two alumni who exemplify excellence and service in the legal community at the first Latina/o Alumni Awards Reception. The La Justicia Award was presented to Jesse Valdez '04, and the Spirit of Service Award was presented to Blanca Rodriguez '97.
	Red Mass 2009 October 7, 2009 Red Mass 2009 was held at St. Ignatius Chapel and a special ceremony and reception followed at Sullivan Hall featuring Robert Lasnik, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington, and honoring the memory of Norm Maleng, King County Prosecutor from 1978-2007.
	State Judicial Independence - A National Concern September 14, 2009 Former Justice Sandra Day O'Connor called for an end to judicial elections at a conference at Seattle University School of Law that sparked conversation about the critical issue of how judges are chosen. Distinguished experts spoke on panels throughout the day.
	2009 School of Law Commencement Ceremony May 16, 2009 The School of Law awarded degrees to 279 graduates at Commencement at KeyArena, sending them off to be outstanding lawyers who are leaders for a just and humane world.
	Alumni Weekend 2009 April 24-25, 2009 The Office of Alumni Relations organized two days of special activities for graduates of the law school, including champagne reception reunions for 10, 20 and 30 year classes, lunch with the dean, alumni awards and compelling speakers.
	Fred T. Korematsu Center for Law and Equality Launch April 18, 2009 Seattle University School of Law formally launched the Fred T. Korematsu Center for Law and Equality with an inspiring program that included a moving tribute to the man for whom the center is named.
