Request Transcripts and Other Documents

Transcripts and other documents can be requested from the School of Law Office of the Registrar by submitting a completed Document Request Form to the School of Law Office of the Registrar. Current students can also request documents by emailing lawreg@seattleu.edu from their Seattle University email account.

Transcripts

Official transcripts are free to current students and $5 per copy for alumni. Unofficial transcripts are free to current students and alumni.

Transfer Application Packets

Students applying to another law school as a transfer student must complete a Transfer Packet Request. The cost of a transfer packet is $10.

Verification of Enrollment, Good Standing, or Graduation

The School of Law Office of the Registrar can supply you with a letter verifying your enrollment, academic standing, or graduation. There is no cost for a verification letter.

Class Rank Letters

Class rank is released after the Fall and Spring Semesters for graduates and upper-level students and after the Spring and Summer Semesters for first-year students. There is no cost for a class rank letter.

Diploma Replacement

Diplomas that have been lost or destroyed can be replaced. The diploma replacement fee is $15 if your diploma is ordered with the next graduation batch or $35 if your diploma is ordered for delivery within 4 - 6 weeks.
