

Alumni, faculty and students talk outside St. Ignatius Chapel after the law school’s
first Red Mass. The chapel was packed with those who wanted to take part
in the traditional Red Mass, which emphasizes the legal profession’s vital role
in promoting justice and peace. The School of Law is proud to bring the tradition
to Seattle, and plans to host it every year on the first Monday in October.
