Search for Me
Searching for content on Google takes time and effort, but with a tool called Alerts (also from Google), much of this work is automated. The service works by constantly searching for the keywords you choose or the topic you select, then either sending you an email or updating an RSS feed when new content appears online.

Because of the rapid advancements in technology, the University of Manitoba has created an online handbook to assist educators in figuring out the most effective ways of using various technologies to enhance their teaching. Furthermore, they've made an attempt to prevent this handbook from going out of date, by making it accessible to the public. Anyone can read it and anyone can add new information to it.

ePortfolios
For students who are involved in subjects other than art, a portfolio would consist of any materials that they create or encounter. This collection could then be used to review concepts or to demonstrate experience, much like a resumé. While the concept of an ePortfolio is not new, for those unfamiliar, the Chronicle of Higher Education provides a good overview of what it entails.
