On-Campus Apartments

Archbishop Thomas Murphy Apartments

Law students have the option of living on-campus in the Archbishop Thomas Murphy Apartments. Located near Sullivan Hall, the Rutilio Grande building gives residents affordable housing, with all the amenities, close to the vibrant scene on Capitol Hill as well as great downtown access.

Apartment Rates

The Student agrees to pay the applicable rate specified below for the unit type the Student occupies for his/her occupancy term. Payments will be made in two installments, one each academic semester, by the due dates established and announced by the University. Except as otherwise provided by University policy, once the Student has checked in to his/her unit the Student is liable for the applicable rate for the entire Academic Year, regardless of whether the Student remains in the unit for the entire Academic Year.

Murphy Apartment Rates

The following are rental rates for 2007-2008. All rates listed are per person. Rates include local phone service, university internet access, cable television service and utilities (electricity, garbage, recycling, water). Rates do not include parking or long distance telephone service.
