Dean Deming has overall responsibility for Admissions, Student Financial Services and Student Affairs. She is responsible for providing a variety of services, support and information to students, including academic and personal counseling, disability accommodation services, and information on leaves, withdrawal, transfers or visiting away requests. Dean Deming is responsible for enforcing school policies and the Student Conduct Code. Dean Deming also helps oversees orientation, examinations and graduation.

Georgia Woodruff facilitates collaborative work and communication between students and the deans, staff, and faculty.  She is responsible for creating and managing an array of activities, services and programs that create a supportive and cohesive student atmosphere within the Law School community.  The following are a few of those responsibilities: Develop diversity initiatives with student organizations and coordinate these efforts with other administrative offices; serve as staff adviser to student groups and the Student Bar Association; assist students, student organizations and the SBA with event planning; serve as the primary staff liaison with evening students, ensuring that services are accessible to part-time students.  Georgia is a 2003 graduate of Pepperdine University School of Law and previously served as Director of Career Development at Pepperdine.  She is originally from the Seattle region.
