This form is for use by student organizations or students to request Docket Announcements. Acceptable announcements pertain to student organization meetings, receptions, speaker events, etc. Filling out this form does not guarantee your announcement will get posted on the Docket: this is not a reservation, it is a request. Once your request has been approved, you will notified at the contact information you provide below. Docket Announcements do not run for longer than one week (seven days). Please allow one to two working days before you need your announcement posted. This form is for use by current students only. All requests are screened by an assistant dean before being accepted.
