The Technology Department is open the above hours for Help Desk support. Additional service area hours may vary.
The Technology Help Desk performs a variety of computer hardware, printing, telephone and software support for law school students, faculty and staff. It is a Dell-certified service center able to repair and replace warranted computer parts without a service charge.
The campus e-mail systems are maintained by Seattle University's Information Technology (IT) Department. The university does not provide dialup Internet service provider (ISP) service. For assistance with or information about e-mail, listservs, or recommended ISPs, please contact the IT Help Desk by calling (206) 296-5571, e-mailing helpdesk@seattleu.edu, or checking the OIT Help Desk online resources. You can also stop by the Engineering building in Room 313.
The Instructional Technology department supports and enhances faculty teaching, research and curriculum by evaluating new trends in educational technology, providing media support for Sullivan Hall events, creating online technology tutorials, and maintaining classroom audio-visual equipment.
