The mission of Seattle University School of Law Help Desk is to provide resolution of hardware and software problems in a timely manner.
School of Law Help Desk visision is to maximize first contact resolution for the customer by providing effective and highly trained Help Desk staff.
The School of Law Help Desk performs a variety of support options for both law school students and faculty/staff. These include both hardware and software support. We are a Dell-certified service center able to repair and replace warranted computer parts without a service charge to students.
The Help Desk goes to every reasonable effort to support all brands of laptops. While unable to perform warranty repair work on systems outside of our purchase program, the Help Desk staff is committed to helping all students with their computer needs as completely as possible. The most common problems that we deal with is with printing, passwords and e-mail problems.
We continually improve our services by practicing and promoting teamwork, clear communication and commitment to improving our technical and professional abilities.
