If you have an examination schedule conflict as outlined in the Student Handbook, obtain a conflict resolution form from the Office of Associate Dean, Donna Claxton Deming. Forms will be available beginning on Monday, November 2 and are due no later than 4:30 pm on Wednesday, November 25.
Alternate Exam Date forms will be available from Jamie Kitzman, Associate Registrar and Exam Coordinator, beginning Monday, November 2 and are due no later than 4:30pm on Wednesday, November 25.
