The application form and tuition deposit are due on a rolling  basis.  Any remaining balance for registered classes is due by May 20, 2012 (unless there is a completed financial aid consortium agreement between our schools). Tuition deposits are nonrefundable.

Additionally, non-SU School of Law students must arrange for a letter of good standing to be mailed directly from their law school to the address above by the registration deadline.

Cancellation Policies

Students who cancel by June 8, 2012 will receive full refunds, less the amount of the tuition deposit. After June 8, 2012 no refunds will be granted unless the program is canceled by Seattle University. In that event, Seattle University will notify participants of the cancellation no later than May 1, 2012 and will refund any payments made. That obligation aside, Seattle University accepts no further liability of any kind.
