The Seattle Office of Chief Counsel, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, United States Department of Justice (DHS) presents this conference to define and explain the role of DHS in the community. Representatives from Citizenship and Immigration Services (CIS) and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) will cover a broad range of matters of interest in immigration law and practice including students, obtaining lawful permanent residence, the naturalization process, criminal issues, the Violence Against Women Act, U and T Visas, and issues related to national security.
