Initiative 100: No New Jail!
12:00 p.m.
-
12:50 p.m.
Location: Room C5
Come learn about Initiative 100, a statewide coalition of over 20 organizations requesting that the public participate in the decision on whether to have a new jail, that the city openly engage King County in this process, and that the city provide thorough research into alternatives to this jail and its impact on our city and communities.
Come hear about the work of this coalition, meet members of the Efficiency and Fairness in Public Safety Steering Committee, and learn about ways SU students can get involved to help mobilize support for Initiative 100.

This event is part of the Access to Justice Institute's Social Justice Mondays.
