Biography

Casey practices aviation law, aviator defense, complex product liability, and wrongful death accident cases.

He is an FAA Certified Flight Instructor with over 1000 hours of flight time in aircraft of all sizes. Casey is a senior member of the Civil Air Patrol, which conducts search and rescue operations around the United States.

Casey is an Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association panel attorney, a member of the King County Bar Association’s Aviation Section, and a member of the ABA Air and Space Law Forum.

He regularly gives presentations on aviation law to pilots, flight instructors, attorneys, insurance professionals, and the general public. He teaches the Aviation and Space Law Course.
