Biography

Professor Shanahan has extensive experience as a senior management team member with proven leadership capabilities in corporate legal, transactions, business management affairs, administrative oversight of transactions, litigation, regulatory compliance, employment, sales and distribution, risk management, and field operations. His current practice focuses on advising companies and business owners on failure analysis and system oriented solutions. He is licensed in the state and federal courts in Washington as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He litigated corporate, insurance, transportation, injury, employment, and regulatory issues while in private practice. Professor Shanahan joined the Seattle University Adjunct Faculty in 1997.
