Adding Student Printers

Note: Step 1 is only for Windows 7 or XP Professional. If you have Windows XP Media Center, or Windows VISTA skip to Step 2.

1. Setup Password Manager. This is for users not on the domain.
   • Go to: Start > Control Panel > User Accounts.
   • Select the current user.
   • Go to Manage My Network Passwords or Credential Manager for Windows 7
   • Click Add.
   • Fill in:
     • Server: *.seattleu.edu
     • Username: SEATTLEU\your_user_name
     • Password: your_password
   • Click OK.
   • Exit all windows.
2. Connect to printers.
   • Go to Start > Run
   • Type \\fplawstudnts001
   • When the list shows up, right click on the following printers and click Connect.
     • DDC
     • library3
     • library4
